Congratulations on your acceptance to Gordon State College! We invite you to Highlander Nation Day on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Join us and enjoy great food and festivities as we celebrate you, our newly accepted students! Our campus leaders and engaging staff will be on hand to welcome you and assist you in taking the next step in your journey.

- Where will the event be held?
Highlander Nation Day will take place outdoors in the GSC Amphitheater on the Barnesville campus.
- What should I bring to the event?
We recommend bringing a small umbrella, a stadium seat/cushion, and wearing comfortable shoes and clothing. Also, you may bring any final admission documents you need to submit.
- Will food and drinks be provided?
Yes! Complimentary refreshments and snacks will be available throughout the event.
- Can my family attend with me?
Yes, you are welcome to bring up to three (3) guests.
- What happens if it rains?
The event will proceed rain or shine. In case of inclement weather, we’ll have alternate indoor locations ready. Please check your email for updates closer to the event date.
- Do I need to RSVP?
